What We Learned
From FTX Collapse (November 2022)
The collapse of FTX and Serum forced us to fundamentally rethink our architecture:
- Before: Single-chain (Solana/Serum) focus
- After: Multi-chain architecture (Solana, Ethereum, Base, Polygon)
- Lesson: Never depend on a single protocol or exchange
From Regulatory Journey
Transitioning from Cayman Islands to EU (Poland) VASP registration taught us:
